Ral Partha (Citadel)
From Lost Minis Wiki
During the early 1980's Citadel Miniatures were licensed to produce Ral Partha figures in the UK [1]. All of the early Citadel catalogues had Ral Partha sections [2]. The last catalogue to contain Ral Partha figures was the First Citadel Compendium (UK version, Oct 1983) and this coincided with the release of Warhammer Fantasy Battle (1st edition) that same year. Subsequent flyers show a few new Ral Partha releases although this also appears to have ended in March 1984. The relationship between the two companies was reciprocal with Ral Partha acting as the manufacturer for Citadel Miniatures in the USA: the Ral Partha Imports range was initially all Citadel figures before they were either dropped or replaced with non-Citadel models. Minifigs obtained the license to manufacture Ral Partha in the UK in 1986, at which point, the Ral Partha/Citadel relationship must have been over. The purpose of this page is to show the Citadel-branded Ral Partha figures and packaging.
