West End Games (WEG) produced this Star Wars range. It was intended for use in WEG's "The Star Wars Roleplaying Game" (1987) [1] and "Star Wars Miniatures Battles" (1991). [2] [3] The miniatures were sculpted and cast by Grenadier Models. The range was produced from 1988 to 1999 and the models were all sculpted by Bob Charrette and Julie Guthrie. After Grenadier went out of business, the line was picked up by Simtac, though still sold directly by WEG.
