This page documents the Starter Sets that Citadel produced in the 1980s. There were only two of these with two versions of each. The earlier versions were advertised as Speciality Sets - the inserts and labeling on the boxes mirrored this. When the sets were reworked they were moved into their own series and the now empty slots in the Speciality Sets series were taken up by two new sets.
